Experience, competence and insurance, three things that you must insist on when appointing a company to fire your display. Our crews have tremendous experience, many having worked with us for over 15 years. All are trained to the accepted industry standard, having passed the British Pyrotechnists' Association's operational competency tests. Continuous retraining is encouraged through our annual refresher program. In addition, our senior drivers hold ADR licences as required for the transportation of explosives for larger displays.

Vulcan employs its own Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor to comply with current regulations in respect of the handling, transportation and storage of explosives.

We are, of course, comprehensively insured, with policies that provide a minimum £5m public liability insurance.
